Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority’s subsidiary, Downs Racing, L.P., made payments under a settlement of US$1.6 million for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2008, compared with US$3.5 million for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2007.
