WESTERN REFINING: Resolute/NNOG Protests Junked in 1st Half 2008

The protests filed by Resolute Natural Resources Company and Resolute Aneth, LLC, the Navajo Nation and Navajo Nation Oil & Gas Company against Western Refining, Inc.’s subsidiary, Western Refining Pipeline Company, were dismissed during the first half of 2008.
