SUBURBAN PROPANE: Product Suit Settled for $30M in 1Q-Fiscal ‘09

Suburban Propane Partners, L.P., during the first quarter of fiscal 2009, agreed to settle a litigation involving alleged product liability for about US$30 million, according to the Company’s annual report for the fiscal year ended Sept. 27, 2008.
